Rock Hopper can be hard to find. Well here is something to help you.

First Here is what you can do:
He is most commonly found on the following servers:
- Mammoth
- Frozen
- Mittens
- Rocky Road
Search In these places first:
- The Dock
- Ship Hold
- The Beach
- The Plaza
- The Pizza Parlor
- Ice Berg
- Ski Village
When you see him he will look like this:
And his player card looks like this:
When you meet him you can’t be his friend.
Instead click the winking Face:
Also you can add him to your ignore list so it is easier to find him in big crowds:
